Each characteristic has been defined and validated based on various academic and ad-hoc studies.

Each member evaluates 91 statements related to the team’s functioning, using a scale from 1 to 7.

The report allows you to visualize each member’s perceptions of the team’s functioning, quickly identifying both the strengths the team can leverage as well as potential areas of friction and improvement.

The process can be integrated over time, with the report showing the evolution of the team over a given period.
